The main purpose of Her Haven Would be to set up a column of the website that featuresa"Girls with girls" section that lets people log in and add each other to talk about theirjourneys in mental health
These form sharing circles or two supportive girls that give each other advice and sharetheir unique mental health experiences to know that they're not alone and supported
OBJECTIVES
Connection
- Help girls realize they are not alone in their mental health journeys.
- The goal is to dismantle the belief that “I’m the only one struggling.”
Openness
- Shift the culture from perfectionism to authenticity.
- Encourage girls to see vulnerability as strength rather than weakness.
Sisterhood
- Build a culture of girls uplifting girls.
- Create bonds rooted in empathy instead of competition.
Empowerment
Enable girls to support one another through:
- Shared experiences
- Emotional validation
- Coping strategies
- Encouragement during setbacks- the goal is empowerment through connection.
Confidence
- Create a space where girls feel seen, heard, and valued.
- The goal is to strengthen internal confidence, not external validation

- Replace comparison-driven social media norms with authenticity-driven connection.
